Prior to search engine promotion work being undertaken by
Search Engine Serious, we need assurances from the client that:
The client is not employing the services of another search
engine optimisation company during the same period or previously.
The client has not created any duplicate sites, redirects
or doorway pages. If duplicate sites have been previously published,
the client must inform Search Engine Serious before work commences
allowing appropriate recommendations to be carried out.
The client has not requested or exchanged links with link
farms or undertaken any spamming techniques which may harm the
web site's ranking with Google. No link exchanges must take place
without prior consultation from Search Engine Serious.
Search Engine Serious aim to achieve, wherever possible, a
Top 10 ranking on Google for all mutually agreed key phrases.
We would expect to achieve the desired position for your chosen
search term within 3-6 months of the optimised pages going live.
New sites can take up to 12 months before results become apparent.
The work we carry out will benefit positions on search engines
other than Google.
Clients have the option to set up a maintenance contract with
us, to monitor and maintain the positions.
Definition of results:
Although Google's results are displayed on other search engines,
the work that is carried out by Search Engine Serious is solely
aimed at increasing visibility and boosting ranking on Google.
It is not possible to give a 100% guarantee for any specific
result on any search engine, nor can we quantify the level of
increased traffic or sales, as a result of the SEO campaign.
Search Engine Serious reserve the right to terminate your
service at any time if it is suspected that the target web site
(i.e. the web address optimised during the campaign) or web pages
linked to, are involved in any search engine promotion technique
deemed to be unethical by Search Engine Serious.
Disclaimer:
As search engines change their ranking algorithms
on a regular basis, no guarantee can be given as to how long
a site will retain its ranking unless a maintenance contract
is set up with Search Engine Serious. Additionally, new sites
and potentially competitor web sites are being optimised and
submitted every day. The best way to ensure that you maintain
your rankings, once achieved, is to arrange a maintenance contract
with Search Engine Serious.
