Google Goes to Court with Spanish Government

Once again a country is trying to get Google to censor it’s results.

This time it’s Spain, and according to the Inquirer website, “Spain’s data protection authority has ordered to remove almost 100 online articles from its search listings.”

Google’s defence is that it only acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for content put on other websites.

Anyway – they meet in court in Madrid on the 19th of January.
